1. Return Timeframe

You may return most unused interior decor items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Custom-made items and personalized products may have different return policies, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@quexylanchran.world or through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including custom-made furniture, personalized items, items that have been used or damaged by the customer, and items purchased during special sales or promotions marked as final sale.

Interior design consultation services are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery to ensure prompt resolution.
